Street Light Became Damaged

Due to mishandling by Electricity Dept. almost all of street light of SLF A Block damaged. SLF RWA already submitted application on last sunday for new street light. SLF authorities taken time of 15days for replacement.

Why SLF VED VIHAR Colony is missing from Voter List ?

Our Colony SLF Ved Vihar name is not listed in Voter List in Loni Assembly constituency (AC-53) of Ghaziabad district. Neighbor colonies line Ankur Vihar,Prem vihar etc are listed in voter list. The list of colonies present in voter list are 

 I got this data from voter list of Loni Area available on site http://ceouttarpradesh.nic.in. The colony is almost 20 years old so the name of colony must be present in voter list, because Right to Vote is fundamental right of every citizen. The colony is still not handed over to Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad but this doesn't mean that 300+ residents of colony deprived from there right to vote. SLF RWA already written a mail to Chief Electoral Officer UP regarding that and hope SLF Ved Vihar listed in voter list soon. Helpline No. is

BSNL Connectivity in SLF Ved Vihar and DLF Ankur Vihar

The members of SLF RWA approached LONI, BSNL office on 29-jan-2011 , to get the status of Wired and Wireless  BSNL connectivity in the area. The socking news is that currently there is no connectivity in SLF Ved Vihar and DLF Ankur vihar due to wire cut and other construction related works. BSNL authorities assured that connection will be available after 3-4 months. The Contact No of Loni BSNL office is 0120-2600144, Let us put pressure on BSNL authorities  to connect our area as soon as possible.


Wazirabad bridge to be closed till Sat

New Delhi: The Wazirabad bridge in northeast Delhi will remain closed for general traffic from Wednesday to Saturday due to repairs being carried out by PWD. As a result, several traffic diversions will be in place for motorists.

    Commuters coming from Bhajanpura or Karawal Nagar heading towards Wazirabad bridge will be diverted on Pusta Road from Khajuri Chowk towards Shastri Park while traffic coming from Mukarba Chowk and Ring Road and travelling towards Bhajanpura or Karawal Nagar will be diverted to ISBT and Shastri Park, said traffic officials. Heavy vehicles going towards Wazirabad bridge will be diverted towards GT Road from Mohan Nagar in UP. Traffic coming from Loni Road side will be diverted on Road No 66 connected with GT Road and commuters from ISBT Ring Road will be required to cross the river at ISBT Bridge towards Shastri Park.

    Otherwise, traffic is allowed to take U-turn from Chandgi Ram Akhara & Majnu ka Tilla and then cross the Yamuna river from ISBT bridge, assured traffic cops.

    Explained joint commissioner of police (traffic) Satyendra Garg, “Adequate traffic signage at appropriate locations will be placed for guidance of the motorists. Required traffic staff will be deployed to ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of traffic.
